Dr. Katie OBrien, Founder and Medical Director, is a board-certified physician (MD, MPH, IFMCP) with more than two decades of experience in allopathic (conventional) medicine. She blends this foundation with evidence-based Functional and Integrative Medicine to design whole-woman care aligned with your goals and long-term health.

Physician and Owner

Dr. Kathleen (Katie) OBrien is a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience, having cared for over 100,000 patients worldwide. She completed her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona, and fellowships at both University of Arizona and Harvard University, where she also served as academic faculty. She holds a Masters in Public Health from the T.H. Chan School of Public Health at Harvard.

Through her career, Dr. Katie has seen firsthand the profound impact of lifestyle, nutrition, and stress on health—and she knows the power of intentional daily choices to restore vitality. Today, she combines her extensive conventional medical experience with Functional Medicine to create individualized, holistic care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
